Complete, turnkey project realization based on detailed design

  • Submission of offers before contracting, technical preparation tasks

Our Hungarian family-owned company, AKTUÁL BAU Kft. started its construction activity more than 25 years ago in 1996 and since then it has grown to become one of the largest general contracting companies in the country. We have extensive experience in execution of large-scale construction projects, while we meet the strict quality and time requirements. Over the past years, we have completed more than five hundred buildings. The greatest honour of our work is that our customers are happy to contact us again when they have new investments to be made.

Thanks to our thoughtful business strategy, we have kept our financial stability through the years. Our achievements have allowed us to continue our developing, so now more than 100 people work at AKTUÁL BAU Kft. Our companies' future plans include further strengthening our mid-market position and maximizing our conformation to the market demands.

Health and Safety at Work

We are aware of our responsibility in occupational health and safety, therefore we are committed to take appropriate precautions and maintain regular health and safety trainings. We operate our system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 45001:2018 standards, paying particular attention to compliance: we check and call anyone to account who works for us, directly or indirectly.

Protecting Human Rights

We reject any form of discrimination, harassment or any other offensive attitude. We respect human dignity, privacy and personal rights, and conclude balanced employment contracts with employees in accordance with the law and the conditions laid down by the legislation. We refuse all forms or even the appearance of child labour and forced labour.

Environment Protection

Construction has a significant impact on the environment, and we are committed to helping you meet your sustainability goals. We are called upon to mitigate the adverse environmental impacts by operating an environmental management system (MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015). We strive for optimal use of materials in resource-efficient design to minimise waste.

Supplier Guidelines

To work effectively and successfully with our business partners, we develop relationships that contribute to the achievement of the objectives set out in our policies. We establish a fair and helpful atmosphere for our suppliers and subcontractors, which we also expect to be mutual. We ensure that information shared in the course of work is handled securely according to the nature of the information.

Anti-Corruption

Our company is opposed to corruption in any form, including blackmailing and bribery. In order to achieve this goal, we do not ask for and do not accept any rewards during the closings of our contracts, which may affect our business decisions.

Handling complaints

In the event that Aktuál Bau or its subcontractors, suppliers act in a manner contrary to the guidelines, you have the right to report this to us. In such a case, we will thoroughly investigate the report and take the necessary action according to the outcome of the investigation.

THE ENERGY OF THE FUTURE

Aktuál Bau Solar Panel Park

We provide a part of the electrical demand of our Nyíregyháza office building with an environment friendly and efficient renewable energy source. Next to the building in 2014 we installed our 49.98 kW solar power system, for which we received support from the European Union. The south orientated modules fixed on a ground support frame occupy 336 square meters.

The energy produced by the solar cells also reduces the greenhouse gas emissions, while it covers nearly 40-50% of the annual electrical consumption of the building.
